Personality: Tends to let his sense of humor and sarcastic side get the better of him in most situations, but will usually know who to hold his tongue around. Never seeming to be in a hurry, he will usually walk to most places, stopping occassionally to look at something. The only exception to this is when he's on a mission where speed is of the essence. He has a dream to wander the world and see all the different countries and villages. With the war, he is torn between loyalty to his family and village and wishing to see this dream fulfilled by defecting and seeing the world.

Jutsu Information:
History:
Pre-Academy: Before the academy, he was pretty much the same as he was older. Never seemed to be in a hurry, and liked to stop to look at the flowers. His father was always off on missions that ended at times he didn't know, and his mother was usually working, so he was often left in the care of one or both of his older sisters. They would bring him to the training field with them and their teams to watch him until their mother came to get him.
Academy: His first few years at the academy were spent with relative mediocraty, unlike his sisters who had been brilliant in just about everything. It upped the pressure on him to perform better in the later years. Once they started jutsu, he found what he was good at. Watching his sisters for those years, he'd gotten a feel for the different hand signs, and began to try and learn jutsu quickly. He was the top of his class in that respect.
Genin: When he was placed into a group with two of his fellow classmates, he was taught to specialize and, seeing his love of flowers, their teacher began teaching him flower related jutsu. They completed a number of D and C rank missions over the course of the year he was a genin, before they entered the chunin exams.
Chunin Exams: During the written part of the chunin exams, he helped his teammates by using a complex jutsu using flower petals to pass the answers each knew between the three of them. They passed through the second exam with much more difficulty, barely making it to the required location within the time limit. During the final portion of the exam, his teammates had the unfortunate luck to be paired up against the two best rookies, and were defeated in the first round. Defeating his first two opponents with his unique style of fighting, he was defeated in the third round by one of the two who defeated his teammates in a close match. He was the only one from his villiage to be promoted to Chunin.
Chunin: His early years as a chunin passed much like his years as a genin. The only difference was he was taking on more B and C rank missions than before, and could now go out on his own on missions. Prior to this time, he'd only been out of the village to another place once. Also during this time, the war started to heat up and get worse. Due to the lack of Jonin available, he was sent out on two A rank missions with other Chunin. He managed to impress those involved with his abilities, and was promoted to a standing Jonin.
Jonin: No information available, promotion to Jonin to recent.
